Every wedding guest can fit on the shuttles provided. However, please try to adhere to the transportation preferences you indicate on your RSVP for easiest planning.

With no traffic, the ride from the Golden Hotel to Blackstone Rivers Ranch is about 35 minutes. IF YOU ARE DRIVING YOURSELF, ACCOMDATE SOME TIME FOR FALL LEAF-PEEPING TRAFFIC.

The ride from the Holiday Inn Express is 30 minutes. The ride will be mountainous and slightly winding.

SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

2:50 p.m.

Bus #1 will arrive at the Golden Hotel. All guests are encouraged to be ready for the first shuttle as it needs to be full in order to depart.

3:05 p.m.

Bus #1 will depart from the Golden Hotel.

3:05 p.m.

Remaining passengers board Bus #2 at the Golden Hotel.

3:10 p.m.

Bus #2 (the final bus) will depart the Golden Hotel.

3:30 p.m.

Bus #2 will arrive at the Holiday Inn Express to pick up remaining shuttle passengers.

3:40 p.m.

Bus #2 will depart the Holiday Inn Express.

3:45 p.m.

Bus #1 arrives at Blackstone Rivers Ranch.

4:10 p.m.

Bus #2 arrives at Blackstone Rivers Ranch.

THE WEDDING

9:00 p.m.

Bus #1 will depart for any guest who wishes to leave before 11:00 p.m.. Bus #1 will drop-off at both the Holiday Inn Express and the Golden Hotel.

10:50 p.m.

Boarding begins for Bus #1 and Bus #2 for all guests. We will ensure all guests still in attendance has a ride home. Both busses will drop-off at the Holiday Inn Express and the Golden Hotel.

11:00 p.m.

All guests must leave the venue. See you Sunday, October 6th for a goodbye brunch!
